A Nativity 2012

‘What this may mean, I do not know;
I am the simplest creature on this earth.’

To very ordinary people, very extraordinary things happen.

The language of the Gospels and scenes from the medieval mystery plays are woven together with music and movement to bring the nativity story vividly to life with beautiful simplicity. This is the perfect way to begin your Christmas.

A Nativity was first performed at St Swithin’s Church, Bath, in December 2011. This year the community production builds on last Christmas’ success, working with more people and bringing new ideas to the famous Christmas story.
